Brian brings two decades of well-rounded litigation experience to cases in a wide variety of complex matters, including handling all aspects of numerous evictions, foreclosure, and creditor's rights proceedings.

Brian has also extensive experience representing lenders in commercial loan defaults, fraud, and lender liability issues, as well as garnishments and general collection matters. Brian applies his breadth of knowledge as a lawyer in Kansas City to develop litigation strategies that minimize risk and protect his clients' interests.

Brian earned his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, and a B.A. in Political Science from DePauw University.
