Desarae Harrah Named as Fellow of the American Bar Foundation
We want to congratulate Desarae Harrah on being named as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation.
The Fellows comprise a global honorary society of attorneys, judges, law faculty and legal scholars whose
public and private careers have demonstrated outstanding dedication to the highest principles of the
legal profession and to the welfare of their communities.
Ms. Harrah is the Chief Executive Attorney & Managing Partner of Harrah Law, a Kansas City-based law
firm specializing in Litigation, Real Estate Law, Construction Law, and Creditors’ Rights. Desarae
represents individuals and businesses in a variety of disputes in state and federal court in both Kansas
and Missouri and has significant experience as an attorney for real estate, construction, and banking,
bringing valuable business context insight and knowledge of those industries.
Harrah earned her J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, and both a B.A. in
Political Science and B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Kansas.
